Alexander Harmsen MA, PhD & MBA (ABD) General Manager and owner Mr. Harmsen is the founder and general manager of Elinguanet. He has taught English communication and philosophy at the universities of Leuven, British Columbia, and Konstanz and at such companies as Interbrew, SWIFT, the Dutch PTT and to members of the European commission since 1994. Mr. Harmsen's excellent pedagogical ability has been recognized with a teaching award from the university of British Columbia and hundreds of satisfied and empowered clients.

Susan Geugis Head Communication Trainer Ms Geugis brings a wealth of language teaching experience and cultural awareness to the team. After studying Romance languages and Linguistics at the University of Leicester, Sue left the UK to work in places like Paris, Toulouse and Los Angeles before settling near Konstanz.

Sara Schwager Communication Trainer Ms Schwager is an English teacher from Austin, Texas. She also has experience in technical writing and editing, which she has done in Canada and China.

Jan Scott Communication Trainer Ms Scott is a business graduate from the University of Glasgow who has been teaching English in Oman, China, and Scotland since 2004. Her understanding of business fundamentals and her intercultural sensitivity make her a wonderful addition to our team.
